Abigale,Bernice and Mildred became friends on a hiking trip,many years ago. They were all avid bird watchers and every year they would choose a new location to go on a field trip. It was the brochure that Abigale found, that told about the lush forests, meadows filled with colorful alpine flowers, soaring cliffs, snow-capped peaks, picturesque valleys and rivers of the Rocky Mountain National Park that was the deciding factor for their latest adventure.
